To download the Office software you have to logon to the Microsoft Online Portal (Same place as Outlook Web App):
You will now be asked to log in with your Add Energy ID. This is your regular username followed by @addenergy.no.
Note! This is not the same as your email address.
The first time you use Outlook Web App, you will be asked to choose the language you want to use, and set your time zone. There is also an option for users with impaired vision. After selecting your preferences, click OK to open your mailbox.
When you are logged in, navigate to the top right corner and click in the wrench followed by "Software – Install software".
Go to the meny to the left and press "Install status" and then “Install desktop applications”.
Select language (Default add energy group is English) and press "Install".
A popup will appear in your browser where you can either run og save the installation (Depends on what browser you are using) Press run and the installation will start.
When the installation starts this screen will appear and you need to wait until it gets to 100%
To activate the Office you need to log in on the next screen that appears
The installation will now run silent in the background and a progress bar comes up in the right down corner
When the installation finish at 100% the Office is ready to use.
